Singapore Biennale 2011

Honestly speaking...this was not in our initial itinerary for this Sunday!

It's all due to the freaking hot weather.

Anyway, I read about this Singapore Biennale in the newspaper few days ago. For the detail of the event, you can visit the link below.

Well, since they are having an open house. We figured out why not visiting Singapore Arts Museum and SAM 8Q. (I admitted that I was quite pai-seh (a.k.a. embarrased) when the security guard told us that there is no entry fee charged today, did our faces just scream "NO MONEY!"?)

The good thing is you are allowed to take pic inside (but no flash photography please!).
The not-so-good thing is...some of the arts are kinda freaked me out. I may not be the artistic type but at least I know which art are cute  interesting, and which art are spooky!)

These are a few cool arts (I won't upload all, it is more interesting to see them inside the museum anyway):

Phantasmagoria by Jompet Kuswidananto

Voices from the off by Julian Gothe

Don't ask me what's the meaning of the arts above. I have simple way of commenting:

Looks pleasant - Good arts
Looks scary - Bad arts.
